The Ealing & Brentford Consolidated Charity (EBCC) was first registered as a charity with The Charity Commission of England and Wales at the beginning of the last century for the purpose of helping those residents of Ealing and Brentford who are in ‘need, hardship or distress’.

The Housing Corporation

We are regulated and part funded by the Housing Corporation a national government department which funds and regulates affordable housing in England.

In 2006/7 we secured £350,000 towards the cost of planned maintenance works to Dean Court and a further £350,000 this year. We are grateful to the Corporation for their ongoing commitment and support.

The Almshouse Association

We are a member of the Almshouse Association and the West London Almshouse Group which meets regulalrly to promote good practice and peer support.

G320

We are also a member of G320- a group of small housing associations in London who meet regularly to promote and share good practice.

We achieved Investors in People
status in September 2007

Sheltered Housing in Ealing

We provide sheltered housing in the
form of one-bedroom flats at four sites in Ealing.
