EBCC Operation
The Charity owns and operates four sheltered housing schemes for older people varying in size from 14 to 57 one- bedroom flats or maisonettes. In total, there are 121 units of accommodation in management.
The Charity also owns land at 19- 26a The Green, Ealing W5, property and assets that produce revenue to fund its grant making activities.
Allotment sites at Haslemere and Northfield Avenue provide local people with the opportunity to grow their own produce.
