A quiet tree lined cul-de-sac in Church Gardens, Ealing W5, adjacent to St Mary’s Church provides the setting for Bowman Court.

It is a small development of just 12 one bedroom flats and two one bedroom bungalows. Six flats have ground floor access. All the flats have entry phones.

The flats were built early in 1903 and the bungalows were added in 1983. Bowman Court underwent major refurbishment in 2004.

The local shops in St Mary’s Road are a short walk away and Ealing Broadway Shopping is nearby too.

In 2008, we completed our first Resident Satisfaction Survey
